A word from Graziella
Making authenticity the heart of a restaurant project is like returning to one’s roots. I remember the family gatherings of my youth, when my mother, Michelina, would cook for the crowd. Sometimes there would be fifteen or more of us around the family table. Mom never failed to call on me to help stir a soup or roll gnocchi. I remember my satisfaction at seeing people savour the food that very evening.
Today, bustling about in my open kitchen, I get the same satisfaction when—out of the corner of my eye—I see customers being served their dishes, or simply enjoying their meals. When the restaurant is full, the aromas, the effervescence and the movement delight me, reminding me of the meals of my youth.
Thank you for joining us, and buon appetito.

Pierre Jullien
Apparently Pierre tumbled into a wine barrel at a very early age. Thus began his love of discovery and his festive spirit. As the Grand Wine Master of the house, he’s constantly building and renewing our lovely wine lists, drawing on the exceptional smaller wineries that he tends to favour. Pierre’s intense focus on his customers explains why his attention to detail sets his cellar apart. For over twenty years, his following has grown as people come to experience the joy of outstanding food accompanied by wines of equal distinction.
Alexandre Gagnon
Alexandre is a Maître d’ of remarkable elegance. Like Pierre, he shares in the artistic passion for those two colours of their rainbow, red and white. He plays his part to perfection, one that he sees as being an enabler and a facilitator. Graziella patrons are familiar with his innate talent and new customers recognize his ability and understated enthusiasm on their very first encounter. His quest for harmony and his unerring good humour are an integral part of the place. A smile, after all, is an essential ingredient of any cuisine that aspires to greatness.
